MSF Super Turismo 2023 Round 2

Despite the lack of experience racing at the Sepang North Track, Estrada Motorsport put in our best efforts during the qualifying and race. The challenging nature of the track tested our concentration and control, but we accepted the mixed results at the end of the race.

In the Standard Production category, the #196 Suzuki Swift driven by Azwan secured a 9th place finish. It was a commendable performance considering the tough competition and unfamiliarity with the track.

The #619 Honda Jazz, driven by Aik Sha, showcased strong skills and determination, securing a 4th place finish in the Standard Production category. This achievement is a testament to the team’s hard work and preparation.

In the Sagacup Intermediate category, the #819 Proton Saga, driven by Sharina, secured an 11th place finish. Despite the challenges faced on the track, the team persevered and gave their best performance.

Unfortunately, the #969 Toyota Starlet, driven by Fadhlan, faced some issues during the race and was unable to finish (DNF) in the Tuner Production category. It is disappointing when mechanical or technical difficulties hinder a driver’s performance, but it is a part of motorsport.

Estrada Motorsport expressed gratitude towards our partners who supported us throughout the weekend. The team acknowledges the superior performance of the winners and looks forward to learning from this experience and improving in the upcoming rounds.

The intense competition and thrilling battles during Round 2 of the MSF Series made it a memorable event for Estrada Motorsport. We are eager and determined to continue our journey in the MSF Series 2023, aiming for better results in Round 3
